This presentation addresses the essential question “How do we measure water in the atmosphere?”
A large part of the meteorology unit is comprised of the following concepts, which are covered in the presentation: dew point, relative humidity, saturation levels, condensation, cloud formation, psychrometer, wet bulb temperature, and dry bulb temperature.
The presentation is estimated to take approximately 20 minutes of class time. Guided notes are included for students to fill in while listening to and following along with the presentation. Questions and answers are included throughout the presentation to gauge student’s level of comprehension.
