what payment options do you accept?
Currently, we are accepting Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and PayPal. You can make a purchase on your Visa or MasterCard using PayPal as well as draw from bank account funds. Stripe can process Visa, Amex, MasterCard, and Discover amongst others.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and click on “MY CART” at the top right corner of the website. On the next page, you can type in any coupon codes you might have. Click on “APPLY COUPON” for it to update your total cost. Click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to continue.
Once you proceed to the checkout, fill in your contact information and check off the box that reads, “I’VE READ AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF USE.” If you do not check this box, you can not complete your purchase. Click on “PLACE ORDER” in the bottom right corner.
After making payment, you’ll be guided back to the website shop. Additionally, you can download your purchases by clicking on the hyperlink of your purchased resource next to the word, “DOWNLOAD.” To see your most recent orders, click on MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS.
How do I find my downloads?
At the top of the page, click on “WEBSITE SHOP > MY ACCOUNT.” From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders. Click on “DOWNLOADS” in the bulleted list on the left. A link to all your downloads can be found here. Also, check your email. You will receive an automated message which includes a link to every resource. Be sure to save your purchases to your hard drive and consider backing them up.
