By the end of this lab, students will be able to compare the shape of Earth’s orbit and orbits of other planets with the shape of a circle.
This lab is intended to take between 45 – 60 minutes and requires the following materials:
- A piece of cardboard
- 2 push pins
- A string loop
- Ruler
- ESRT
- A sharp pencil
