Digital Downloads & Refunds
All resources sold through Spectacular Science are digital products. Because these files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once the files have been delivered.
I encourage you to read product descriptions, look through previews, and review the included materials before purchasing. If you’re unsure whether a resource will work for your classroom, please reach out! I’m always happy to answer questions.
Exchanges
Because all resources are digital downloads, I’m unable to offer exchanges.
However, if you accidentally purchase the same resource twice or experience an issue with your order, please contact me. I’m happy to review the situation and help find a solution.
Upgrading to a Bundle
Purchased an individual resource and later realized you’d rather have the entire bundle? I completely understand!
If you’d like to upgrade to a bundle that includes a resource you’ve already purchased, please email me before purchasing the bundle. I’m happy to help you work out an upgrade and refund the qualifying original purchase.
Sales & Promotional Pricing
I occasionally offer special discounts and promotions throughout the year.
Sale prices are valid only during the advertised promotional period. Unfortunately, I’m unable to apply expired discounts or retroactively adjust prices on previous purchases.
