Weathering & Erosion Virtual Field Trip

$5.00

Description

Students explore weathering and erosion as they will take a “Virtual” Field Trip to different locations around the globe. The concepts of weathering and erosion are reviewed along with different agents of erosion. Students visit monumental locations in Arizona, South Dakota, Oregon, Hawaii, and The Galápagos Islands. At the end of the field trip, students are provided with a research task to wrap up their learning experience and apply their knowledge to a recent event that took place on the Galápagos Islands. Students use a set of guided notes to follow along with the field trip.

This resource is an extremely creative approach to educating students about real life examples of weathering and erosion.
